Restore your membership
In the app: Me → Membership → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with. If you bought PLUS in version 1, this makes you a lifetime member.
Cancel a subscription
iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Kongshan. Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. It stays active until the end of the period.
Report something your spirit said
Press and hold the reply (or tap “Report” under a letter) and choose a reason. We read every report.
Delete your data
Me → Privacy & data → Delete all data. Everything you write is kept on your phone; deleting the app removes it too.
